1st photo: 2008. Yo-yo dieting, no weight lifting, drinking alcohol regularly, running all the time. Unhappy. 2nd photo: 2023. Real food diet, strength training five days a week, 100 ounces of water daily, pretty much no drinking. Blissfully happy.
